Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Tarot Deck App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.
Description of Service
Tarot Deck App is a mobile application that provides:
- Digital tarot card readings
- Multiple tarot spread options
- Credit-based payment system using Solana blockchain
- Reading history and personalization features
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
User Accounts and Wallet Connection
Wallet Connection
- You may connect a Solana wallet to access paid features
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet
- We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to wallet security issues
- You may disconnect your wallet at any time
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your wallet address
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your wallet
- We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access
Payments and Credits
Credit System
- Credits are required to access tarot readings
- Credits are purchased using Solana (SOL) cryptocurrency
- All payments are processed through the Solana blockchain
- Payments are final and non-refundable
Credit Pricing
The following credit costs apply per reading:
- Single Card Reading: 1 credit
- Three Card Spread (Past, Present, Future): 2 credits
- Celtic Cross Spread: 5 credits
Credit packages and pricing are displayed in the app and may be subject to change. Current pricing will always be shown before purchase. Pricing is subject to change, and any changes will be communicated through the app.
Credit Terms
- No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or cryptocurrency
- Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or wallets
- No Refunds: Credits purchased are non-refundable. All sales are final
- Not a Digital Token: Credits are not tied to any digital token, cryptocurrency, or blockchain asset. They are virtual credits stored locally in the app
- Expiration: Credits do not expire. Once purchased, credits remain available until used
- Account Deletion: If your account is deleted or banned, all credits associated with your wallet address will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered
Refund Policy
- All sales are final
- Credits cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged
- If you experience technical issues, contact support for assistance
- Credits are virtual and have no monetary value
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Collect or harvest user information
- Use the App to transmit viruses or malicious code
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Tarot Deck App
- The App's design, code, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission
Your Content
- Readings generated using the App are your personal data
- We do not claim ownership of your reading results
- You retain all rights to your personal reading data
Disclaimers

- Tarot readings are for entertainment and reflection purposes only
- Readings are NOT medical, legal, financial, or professional advice
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of readings
- You should not make important life decisions based solely on tarot readings
Service Availability
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- The App may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time
Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
- Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
- We are not responsible for blockchain network issues or delays
- Cryptocurrency values are volatile and may fluctuate
- You are responsible for understanding cryptocurrency risks
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for any loss of cryptocurrency or funds
- We are not liable for any decisions made based on tarot readings
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tarot Deck App, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your connection of a wallet or cryptocurrency transactions
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Technical or security reasons
- At our sole discretion
Upon termination or account deletion:
- Your access to the App will be revoked
- All credits associated with your wallet address will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered
- Your reading data may be deleted
- No refunds will be provided for unused credits
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed
Account Bans
If your account is banned:
- All credits associated with your wallet address will be permanently forfeited
- You will lose access to all reading history and data
- No refunds or compensation will be provided
- Credits cannot be transferred to another account
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation (if negotiation fails)

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement
